My son has only worn these shoes twice (both times inside the house and just for an hour or two), and they are peeling in the front. I am wondering if these shoes are a knock-off. We always bought the Stride Rite soft motion shoes for our daughter and never had this problem. Her shoes were always ordered directly from the Stride Rite website, which makes me question these ones that are clearly not of the same quality. Our son likes the fit, and our whole purpose of getting them was to convince him to wear shoes, so we won't be returning. Just beware these are not typical Stride Rite quality. ... show more
