Description

The Streamlight TLR-7 X features multi-fuel capability powered by either one (1) CR123A or one (1) Streamlight SL-B9 lithium-ion rechargeable battery pack, (sold separately), both delivering 500 lumens and 5,000 candela. The integrated rail clamp is designed to rapidly attach/detach from the side of the weapon, providing smooth installation and removal without having to put your hands in front of the muzzle. Customizable rear paddle switches, momentary and constant on operation, and a programmable strobe mode offer additional versatility for many tactical applications.

Firstly, this light has exceeded my expectations. It's very heavy duty & with the two sets of paddles that take less than 30 seconds to change makes it easy to use. I put this on a Springfield XD 9 & it fits perfectly. ( For those reviews stating their package was missing the universal #1, it's not. It's already mounted in the light ) I have an Olight that is an awesome light & extremely bright & have no complaints other than this streamlight fits so much better. ( Moved the Olight to an AR-15 & its great ) I will however only purchase Streamlight weapon lights going forward. Streamlight it just a superior product all the way around. Switchable paddles, fits perfectly, has a safety feature where you turn the head of the light about a 1/4 to a detent so it doesn't accidentally get turned on & great for peace of mind knowing my battery is being drained when not in use. Lastly one of the best features is that you can turn the strobe feature on or off with a certain sequence of pressing & holding either side to reprogram. Very impressed, only purchasing streamlight from now on, totally worth the money, you definitely don't feel like you've paid to much. I've had no issues with performance & I've noticed although this light weighs about what you'd expect ( not to heavy but no light either ) it balances the front a little bit better with that added weight it improved the muzzle flip which wasn't bad to begin with, but it helped a little. Exactly what was needed. A great value and easy to use. Mounting was simple. Very bright. But just a suggestion while setting it up: don't stalker strobe your partner on accident. It is very disorienting. They won't appreciate it. But could be quite comical.
