Official story
Since this is an authorized Stranger Things story, it can be considered canon. It tells you precisely what happened to Will during his time in the Upside Down. I don't want to spoil it, but it explained many things I've wondered about. The artwork, coloring, and ink work are top-notch.

Nice to see Will’s POV.
This fills in the gaps nicely. Not a play by play of the original show. I thoroughly enjoyed this and look forward to reading more.
