For the price I was very happy with how comfortable these shoes were. I was able to wear them at work for standing eight hour shifts. They did not last as long as I had hoped, but they were intended to get dirty at work.

    • It's slip on, but not SLIP ON
Size: 7 Color: Black
There's apparently two ways to interpret "slip on." I was thinking "slip on" as in you can just slide right into the shoes without having to fiddle with the shoes. So when I looked at the design of the shoe, I was wondering how it would slip on as easily as they claim (it says easy on/off). But, I thought I'd give it a try. Then, when I got the shoes, I realized what they meant was you "slip on" the shoe by means of the elastic heel. You still have to fiddle with the shoe to get your foot in, but it's "slip on" style. Is it easy to slip on? Nope. I spend a good few seconds trying to get the heel in place. But they're surprisingly comfortable. They do feel thin (you can feel almost everything through the sole of the shoe) so if you're looking for a thicker sole, don't get this. Also, it runs VERY small. I'm usually 5.5 or 6 (very rarely going up to 6.5), but for these shoes, I actually had to get a size 7. It might be because I don't have extremely narrow feet and I like a little room in my toe box. There isn't a whole lot of wriggle room, but there's enough that my toes don't feel like they're going to start screaming after a few steps. Needless to say, I sort of like the shoes, but the "slip on" miscalculation/misrepresentation is being heavily debated as to whether or not I keep the shoes (is it worth the time/effort to get my feet into the shoes or do I really want to spend more hours searching for a similar shoe that's much easier to put on). ... show more

Bought these as a casual shoe to go with chinos, jeans & summer skirts. Shoes are extremely comfortable, and I ordered my usual size six and I have a half inch from the top of my big toe to the end of the shoe, exactly like how I remember getting measured as a kid. I am not wearing these with socks, as I consider that the point of them being machine washable. I did find the tag and elastic on the right shoe were immediately irritating, whereas the on the left I couldn't even feel them. If you have this problem (one shoe fits without a whisper of discomfort anywhere while the other is immediately irritating) I highly recommend you take a seam ripper to the little tag, as it will come right out just like on clothes, with no damage to the shoe's interior lining. Next, for the elastic part that was poking me, I took sewing scissors and trimmed it as close to the double seem stitching as possible. Doing this shortened the elastic and made it so that it no longer stuck out beyond the comfy tongue of the shoe, and the irritation was eliminated. The shoe sole is literally shaped with arch support. Can't knock a comfy shoe that you can throw in the wash for $30. Already ordered a second pair for convenience. ... show more

I’ve purchased every diabetic, wide toe box, barefoot, lightweight shoe out there and these are so far the easiest to put on, easiest to wear, thick enough soles to not feel the rocks but light enough to wear easily all day. These are really cute shoes. However, I am returning because they seem to run a little big. The color is off a little as well. I bought the white. But I would have kept them if they had fit better. I do recommend.
