One corner of the box had slight damage on arrival, maybe 4 tea lights damaged. Not a deal breaker and hardy worth a complaint or return. I tested 8 of these together and got total burn times from 6 hours and 15 minutes to 6 hours and 45 minutes, well with the stated parameter. There was absolutely no scent I could detect. They were surprisingly bright for their size, well centered wicks of correct length, very easy to light, burned steadily and without any smoke. With tax, worked out to about 14 cents a candle. I have a couple of round stained glass candles that I have already burned but they are still very VERY useful and usable thanks to these incredible tea candles!!! I burn these candles all the time I am awake. I simply LOVE the fact that they come with the perfect length of wick!!! Small thing I know but I really appreciate not having to cut them like I've had to do on other tea candles! They couldn't be easier to use! Just takes a second to light. They are a beautiful neutral color and I am very impressed with the overall burn rate. These wonderful tea candles are almost twice as thick as other tea candles that I have bought in the past. I have purchased these tealights for several years, and have loved them from the start. They truly are long-burning, clean, and can even be relit (something that generally isn't possible with most tealights). I did experience some issues with the candles this Christmas season, however, prompting me to reach out to the company. And I have to say that their customer service was beyond excellent. The CEO replied to my email and was not only receptive and sympathetic to my concerns, he went above and beyond to ensure the issue was resolved. We exchanged several emails as he strove to gather all the information he needed for their product and quality control teams. Not only that, he offered to send a replacement of the entire 200 tealight package! I cannot recommend this company and these tealights enough, and I look forward to not only ordering more of these same candles, but seeing what other products they offer.
