I am one of those people who can't carry a tune in a bucket, yet I love music. I've always considered 3+ year old toy xylophone to be toys; something for toddlers to bang on. THIS xylophone changed my mind. It feels solid, durable and has good colors. It also has musical notes imprinted into the metal keys. But, what makes this special is the song book that accompanies it with ten beginner songs. I can easily see older children spending time learning these songs and playing together.
