I have never written a review before but these defective skates and the sellers refusal to compensate me have inspied me to warn you not to buy them. I skate at a roller rink with my kids once a month and after using rentals and trying these ones I couldnt figure out why the wheels seemed to stick and they just wouldn't go very fast. I'm not a fast skater but these were ridiculously slow. The roller rink staff tried to help me by loosening the screws on the wheels but no change even when I loosened them enough so the wheels fell off while I was skating. After several tries to see if I could make it work, I gave up as it was just no fun to have sticky skates and the roller rink told me the plates were cheap and they weren't fixable. I spent more money and bought better skates and now it's fun again. After repeated emails, requests and photos to the company, they said if I mailed them back they would review their use and decide if they warrented a refund. But the cost to mail them back was $35 and they wouldn't pay postage so it made no sense. I'm disappointed that the company doesn't recognize their product stinks and cares do to more to correct the situation.

I Bought an 8.5 in women and a 6.5 in women (one for me an my lil sis). Mine fit great, but hers were pretty big on her. It's nothing tight laces and xtra socks couldnt fix though. As the other reviews said the wheels just do not turn right, but don't let that stop you from buying them! it's not the skates' fault, the default bearings are just trash. if u pick up some new bearings (i recommend bones reds or yellow hornets), u will love these skates!

Training wheels locked and loaded, just what I need. These skates are set for beginners and just what the doctor ordered. There is a note inside saying the size run big. I ordered an eight and a half, I can wear a seven and a half if it’s wide width. They do come wide width so plenty of room in the foot area. I will wear thicker socks. They fit perfect without socks. I walked around the house on my hardwood floors the wheels are nice and steady. It’s been at least twenty years since I have put skates on, and it’s not like riding a bike. I have to be real careful but these skates are adjusted for my skills. I will release the tension in the wheels as I improve. Beautiful colors, fast shipping, very happy with this seller. Yes I did buy other items to protect my head, elbows, hands/wrists and knees.

I bought these on August 10 2020. On Sept 11, my daughter was skating and the whole one side of the skate ripped open. I've contacted the seller, and no reply. Skates are practically brand new, had just used them twice. What's more discouraging, as I inspected the skates closely, I had checked the size when we first bought them, and it was blank. Well once a there was a bit of use to them and the inner tongue was no longer brand new white, you could see there was a strip of white out next to the size (still bright white). When I peeled it back, it turned out to be a size 7. A 7!!! I ordered a size 4 for my 7 year old daughter. She complained they were big, but because I originally ordered them a size bigger for them to last a bit, I brushed it off. It was actually 3 extra sizes bigger. This is probably why it tore open; Her foot trying to maintain grip as she skated. Not to mention, this could have severely hurt her foot or ankle. So disappointing. I purchased two pairs, one for each of my daughters. My daughter actually likes the skates. If they were the right size, we probably wouldn't have an issue. Just want a replacement pair in the RIGHT size.

I bought these, but only wore them once before deciding to buy a different, quality pair. They're fine, but I think more so for a kid. The wheels didn't roll as well as I would have hoped even after loosening them up as far as they would go without the screw coming off. They're very cute. Little girls at the roller ring liked them, but no, not for me.

These were a birthday gift for my 9 year old. The bright colors and fun design were spot on and she LOVES them! Seriously, she skated for 4 straight hours after opening the box! The only thing that needed a bit of tweaking was the wheel bolts. Just a 1/4 turn to loosen them up so that the wheels would roll like they should and she was off. Thanks Stemax for a quality skate that I'm sure will last her until she outgrows them.

The sizing is WRONG!!! I should've known that a 38 equals about an 8 in women's from a pair of shoes I have. However, I followed the advice of the size chart. I'm going to order a smaller size and hope it works. The quality of these skates is pretty poor (cheap material), but they are so cute, I'm willing to chance it to see how long they will actually last.
