I like the sticky gel and the gel free spot for nipples. It definitely stays in place. It’s thin with no push up and great to wear when need coverage under white shirts or sheer tops. Doesn’t show under clothes so looks natural.

These are super comfy and they stay in place you don't have to fuss with them or keep pulling them up the whole time wearing them I was able to wear My strapless summer shirts with no problem. I definitely recommend buying these!!!
