Star Wars continues the tradition of strong female characters with this Deluxe hero fighter Rey costume that includes deluxe top, pants, detached sleeves, cuff, and belt with pouch. The epic saga of the galaxy far, far away returns and you can join the fun! Officially licensed, The Force Awakens costumes and accessories for Captain Phasma, Rey, Kylo Ren, Flametroopers, and Stormtroopers were created by Rubie's Costume Company in partnership with LucasFilms. Offered in size Small (33 to 35-inch bust, 25 to 26-inch waist, approximately dress size 6 to 10), Medium (36 to 38-inch bust, 27 to 30-inch waist, approximately dress size 10 to 14), and Large (38 to 40-inch bust, 31 to 34-inch waist, approximately dress size 14 to 16). Sizes are approximate, most costumes are not designed to a clothing size standard; some adjustment may be needed. Nice costume. Size guide is off. Said size small is dress size 6-10, I am size 8, so ordered a small, but it fits a little snug, especially the pants. It's still wearable so atleast I don't have to return. Also, the belt in the picture is very different from what you get. I ordered based on the fellow reviews here who said to order up a size what your normal size would be. I am 5'5'' and 145 lbs. I am usually a Small-Medium so I ordered the Large. The large pants are slightly baggy on me but the medium I feel would have been maybe too tight. The medium top, however, definitely would have fit me perfectly and I feel the large top is a little too large for me and so were the arm bands but that is my personal shape and size. I don't have much of a bust and my waist and arms are a little smaller while my legs are a little chunkier so I have to go for the larger size to get the right fit for my pants. The sizing issue not withstanding, I love this costume! It's comfortable and pretty authentic looking for the price you pay! If you want real high quality material you gotta pay for it but for $20-$30 this costume is not bad at all and suffices the Rey look! I plan on wearing it for Halloween and any cons I want to go to in the future! I would definitely recommend this costume to fans, you just have to be aware of what the largest part of your body is and order for that. ... show more

THIS IS A HALLOWEEN COSTUME NOT A COSPLAY. I figuered it would be and thats no big deal. Its not the first time i have perchased a halloween costume did some touch ups on it to get it ready for a con. Just keep the above in mind when purchasing. Ive worked at halloween stores before (we order from rubies all the time) and the accessories (arm bands, belt, cuff) are almost ALWAYS one size fits most. Because of this what is too big on me might be just right or too small for someone else. The costume is fun however, the pants are slippery and will slip and slide (had to wear safty shorts to hide undergarmate) and it dose not help that the top is short and has a tendancy to ride up the belt so heed the warning and get a shirt for underneath. In my photo the belt and boots i used were my own not given. The cuff wrist thing was too tight so i didnt wear it. Over all the costume is not bad for 30$ (i got a large i am about 160 LBS, and 5'3" 1\2) i might even wear this to work on halloween. Hoped my review helped! It looks good but the shirt is really short and see through. I found a long flowy tank to wear under it and it looked like it was part of it. I also wore different pants because the ones that came with it were pretty cheaply made.

    • Not high quality accessories, but gets the job done!

It served its purpose for the Halloween party I went to, but the top was way too small for an adult costume--I felt like I had accidentally ordered a kid's size. The pants were almost too small but they still fit. One issue with the costume is that there is no fabric draped in the back (the actual character from the movie has fabric both in front and back), so I went to the fabric store and bought a similar color/style fabric and stitched it onto the back at the shoulders. The belt and wristband it comes with is so cheap and not even worth using, so I also had to make my own by using a brown leather belt and then faux leather for a second strap with a fake bag. I wish it was easier to buy a decent costume, but I have come to expect this from bought costumes and I enjoy being creative and improving them, so it's not all bad! ... show more

I'm so glad that this costume comes in multiple sizes because I'm too small to wear a "one size fits all" costume. According to the sizing chart, I should have a small pants and medium top. I decided I rather have a tight shirt than loose pants so I ordered the small. The shirt is tight (and therefore slightly see through on the back), but the surprise was that the pants are somewhat tight also. On the other hand, the belt is too big. It fits loose at the hips, not tight like in the picture. I'm thinking of moving the Velcro to take care of that. I was originally slightly disappointed when I put on the the shirt and pants (they are sort of plain looking), but as soon as I added the accessories I thought it looked awesome. The material is thicker than I expected, so it is probably durable but not very breathable. Now I'm ready for the premier! ... show more

I usually order clothes in a medium I am 5ft 3 135 lbs 36DD. I ordered a large based off the reviews here about the pant size. I could have been fine with a medium for the top but the pants definitely are smaller a large is a great comfortable fit for me and I don't have a large bum so I can imagine the curvier ladies would have a hard time with these pants. I will have to take in the top and the wrist warmers because they are way too loose be that is no big deal. The bracelet and the belts and bag are cartoon foam accessories but they are comfortable and I just wanted a nice costume to wear to mickeys Halloween party and this is perfect. If you're into looking super authentic this costume is not for you. If you're like me and you want a cool rey costume that is affordable and comfortable I highly recommend it.
