I thought Stanley was overhyped… until I bought one

I’ll be honest, I originally thought the Stanley hype was a little ridiculous. 😂 But after owning mine for over 3 years, I completely understand it now. Mine has held up incredibly well and still looks practically brand new after 3+ years of regular use. The durability has honestly impressed me the most. I’ve also left it sitting in my car during the summer heat, and when I come back to it, my drink is STILL cold. That’s something I didn’t expect to be able to say after owning a water bottle for this long. I also really love this particular colorway. It sounds silly, but having a water bottle that I actually enjoy looking at makes me more likely to keep it with me and refill it throughout the day. It has definitely helped motivate me to drink more water. After three years of use, I can confidently say this is one of those purchases that ended up being worth the hype for me. ... show more

I love this Stanley! It is the perfect pastel purple color and holds up to 40 oz. of water! I find it incredible that I can keep this in the car overnight sitting out in Charleston SC heat and the ice will still be there when I come back in the car. Just for that I would but it again if this thing ever goes kaplutz. The only thing I do have to say that I don’t like is that when I bring this water tumbler to the gym and have it on the side and set it on the treadmill or cycle bike while cycling, it can tend to leak depending on the position of it. The straw is also a nice touch as well. It fits in my car cup holder as well. Love that the water tumbler also has a handle to make it easier to carry especially when I’m carrying it along with my yoga mat to go to class! Overall this is a wonderful water bottle! ... show more

As someone who has many different brands of cups, Stanley does it like no other. Honestly the quality is higher than any other brands in my opinion. They are a good size, an easy to clean, and stay cold all day. Other brands do not stay cold as long. Also, there are so many colors and designs and the bottles are so cute and so fashionable. Stanley is so loved for a reason. The only thing I don’t love is that the straw is not covered, but Stanley has options for that now as well. Cannot recommend these more! ... show more

Cute cup

To be honest, now the Stanley trend is over. I feel like the quality has gone down a little bit. Although this is my 1st cup, I do feel that it was not as high-quality feeling as I was expecting. I feel like the handle could be a little bit more dense plastic, and the cup itself could be a little bit heavier, the flowers look a little blurry, but I believe that is because of the material they used to print them on so that you could put it in the dishwasher, which I appreciate I do highly highly highly highly recommend getting a boot for this cup. If it falls, it’s super easy to scuff and it also helps keep it from getting dented with normal wear and tear. it’s a very pretty cup and I get a lot of compliments on it. I also would recommend getting some extra straws since I find the one that comes with gets a little bit gunked up with use. I also did not find it to be completely leak proof I knocked it over a couple days ago and it spilled a bit, but it didn’t like gush everywhere. It is comfortable to hold in my hands and I do feel that it keeps things cold for a good long time as long as you put enough ice in there, I don’t really drink warm stuff too often so I’m not sure how long it will keep something warm, but I imagine it would also be good. Just based on how well it keeps things cold overall I’d recommend just waiting until it goes on sale or using your cashback to purchase. It’s definitely expensive for what it is, but it’s very cute makes me happy and I use it every day ... show more

Absolutely Worth the Hype!

I finally got a Stanley tumbler, and I completely understand why so many people love it. The quality is excellent, and it performs even better than I expected. One of my favorite things is how well it keeps my drinks at the right temperature. I usually fill it with warm water before work, and after an 8-hour workday, it’s still pleasantly warm. I no longer have to keep reheating my water, which is a huge plus. I’ve also noticed that I’m drinking a lot more water since getting this tumbler. Having such a large capacity and a comfortable handle makes it easy to keep with me all day, whether I’m at my desk or on the go. The color is what really won me over. I absolutely love it! It’s even more beautiful in person than it appears in the product photos. The finish is gorgeous, and I’ve already received several compliments on it. Overall, this is an amazing tumbler that’s stylish, functional, and built to last. It keeps drinks at the perfect temperature for hours, encourages me to stay hydrated, and looks fantastic.
