Great basic tuxedo oxford as advertised, especially for the price. One thing to keep in mind is that I need these for tuxedos for choral and band performances, meaning I never get that close to the audience. If the reason you're wearing a tuxedo is because you're going to a gala or some other upscale event, and you do that a lot, you might want to consider upgrading a bit, but it's 2017 so in most cases not that many people are even aware that tuxedos require something other than ordinary black dress shoes, so you might be fine; they are conservative, so they're a safe bet, especially for the price. Also, double-check this because I'm not military or a veteran but I think these would also fulfill dress uniform requirements, depending on context, and if you're in the military you should be getting paid more as it is and not spending hundreds on pricey "shine oxfords" if you can use these. ... show more

Got these for a black tie wedding. They run a little on the large side as far as length - but the width was nice. I had some plantar facitis the first night I wore them and I was worried that my feet would kill after wearing them. Surprisingly I wore them pretty much all day 2p-1a and I was dancing until the wedding was over. These shoes are sharp and very comfortable. Don't hesitate to get you some Stacy Adams. Might consider getting a half to full size down when you finally order ... show more

The shoes look very fancy and high quality despite the price. They run small though. I'm normally a 10.5/11 but had to size down to a 10. I have normal width feet.

Bought this as an anniversary gift and he LOVED them. 4 year old step daughter who is also obsessed with shoes thinks they are amazing lol. Be warned they are VERY glossy, but the fit is great. I love Stacy Adams products her shoe sizes are always consistent and they are beautiful shoes. I ordered a 13W for my left foot because I wear a brace, and the shoe was pliable and accommodated the brace.
