I paid just over $140 bucks for these and they were worth every penny. They do require a little breaking in as the first time I wore them my feet were sore the next day but after that first wear they have been super comfortable ever since. They have held up well when I go on walks or scrape something on them. I have always been able to just buff out the scratches. They are realitvely light weight for such curated shoes. Can't go wrong with Stacy Adams! I've owned a few pairs (including snakeskin!) and LOVE these casual boots. In fact, I got a compliment the very first time I wore them out! Another guy asked where I got them, what they were, the cost, etc., and said that he was trying to up his style game! I was flattered! Even women have given me compliments on them! Fresh out of the box, they were comfortable and flexible. I can't wait to see how they break in. Chic, chic, chic! I almost refrain from wearing them out anywhere they could get dirty so they've become my casual party or event shoe, where neither traditional boots like Docs or loggers, nor gym/tennis shoes, are appropriate. These are bad - a$$ boots! Get a half size smaller than you think - they are long as some noted. When you first put them on they will feel tighter in the toes - there is some break in time - but these are very well made, and worth the price - I love the look! Beautiful boots, so many compliments. Stacy Adams run a little narrow/tight in my opinion, so I suggest going a half size up, I did and I'm glad about it.
