Package arrived on time.... nothing missing.... and it worked flawlessly. It comes with a USB that plugs into a battery small AA battery pack (included) but the best thing about the USB plug....it allows the user to plug into another battery source. I have a small Anker power bank as a back up... but never needed it...and i ran a 5K race wearing this costume... it wasn't pretty, but we got it done! Also... there are clear straps that go over the shoulders... i used safety pins to keep them in place. I recommend this product. ... show more

The strap broke and again it says one size fits all but when I received it, it says a large and does not fit a person that is Xl-2XL…. If you are a bigger person, don’t buy it…. It is going back!
