While this is an excellent machine to clean tile floor SURFACES, it does not get into the grout because the pads are flat. We need a BRUSH attachment to get into the grout cracks. Very happy overall with the machine and does wood floors as well. Very easy to use and easy to maneuver.

This spinwave cleaner is very lightweight. Even with the heavy duty choice pads it doesn't clean deeply. It is comparable to a light weight mop. It just doesn't have any elbow power. Unfortunately my simple cheap wet/dry mop does more cleaning than this does. I am totally disappointed.

I cannot believe I found this product! Up until now I was washing, mopping, scrubbing, etc., with various products and tools. I decided to order a Bissell SpinWave to see if I could cut out some of the steps and time I was spending in order to get my floors clean. As soon as I turned it on I knew I had found my "unicorn." Not only does it wash/clean my floors in one step with little to no effort on my part, it is whisper quiet. The pads are easily removed and reapplied in order to toss them in your washing machine for reuse. My back thanks you!

The product malfunctioned and ruined my floors- I am still having issues with Bissell. The process to deal with the company has been painful and I ended up having to work with my insurance company. Not only did it leave a crack in one piece but it has left a white, film that looks like dust or mud all over my floors. The shine is completely gone.

Love the ease of use..I’m 70 years old.I have two dogs....I use a shark stick vacuum and and mop and bucket..was so very hard on my back...but this spin wave is amazing...so easy on my back..I cleaned my kitchen floor, vinyl planks, and then I changed pads and scrubbed again just to see how clean it got my floors..well the second pads were not even dirty..so it does an amazing job.

Not sure what they mean by stretch? And I will say that it’s easy to use BUT it’s extremely hard to put the pads on so that they are perfectly aligned so the machine doesn’t shake... I have actually never been able to put them on perfect so the machine always shakes.. because they are on uneven... they need some sort of markings to help put the pads on it. Other than that, I fricken love this thing i have a steam mop and I do think that kills germs from getting hot but I love that this thing scrubs the floor for me! I used the water and solution in the resivour 3 times and mopped my whole house 3 times with the same 1 bottle of solution.. it lasts long and the pads don’t get so wet that they drip it really is great over all even with the few cons

I love everything about my mop. It works great even though it doesn't use steam, and I feel like it's safer to use on my vinyl hardwood than a steam mop would be. The cleaning solution is came with is very light and has a subtle clean smell. Very easy to use as soon as you take it out of the box.
