Spigen has always been the best brand for cases and screen protectors imo. Always cheap and with great quality and warranty. This case does not disappoint, looks great, not as good as the Official Apple clear case, but this is less than half the cost. Fits amazingly, and I've found the squared off buttons actually help with button presses and tactile feeling. Strangely, this case has a weird light reflecting effect on the sides that somehow makes the bezels appear thinner which is really cool. Time will tell for how yellow this thing gets. But what people don't understand is that clear cases are NOT meant for 24/7 use. You use them when going out and wanting to show the color of your phone. These aren't everyday cases that you have on all the time. Only one minor complaint is that the case can get slippery when it's a bit humid.

First off I need to give alittle of my background. I have been on a long case journey with the iPhone 12 line. I first had the max and couldn’t find a case that was comfortable so I returned the phone for the 6.1 inch basic 12. I went through all of Apples cases and found that the leather case was pretty good. I was using that for months until I thought I would give this a try. I really like this case, it doesn’t add much thickness which is key with a boxy phone and the material isn’t slippery(Yes when your fingers get sweaty then it’ll be slippery but that’s with every case.) I hold my phone with my middle two fingers on the back, so I need something where they don’t slip and I think I found the case. The buttons tho do not compare to the leather official case, but they’re not that bad. Overall this case is really well built for the price. I also tested the MagSafe charger and the wallet both official Apple Products with this case and so far they work probably 85-90% as the original Apple magnet. I will update this if I find something I do not like , maybe the magnets don’t last one but for now I’d say if you need a case and you can’t find one that’s comfortable , give this a try.

I purchased this after another Brad who claimed to work with MagSafe filed to work properly. This case is great! It held on my elevated MagSafe charger without falling and I even accidentally dropped my phone and it survived with no issues. I’d recommend!

I really like the functionality of this enough that I repurchased, with some caveats. Pros: great design that highlights your phone color. The mag safe works like a charm with all chargers and accessories including my car mount. My phone survived hundreds of drops between myself and kiddo, so it is super durable and protective. Cons: Over time the color yellowed and eventually the volume and power buttons became less flexible and would stick frequently as they were hard to push/engage. Cleaning phone and case did not make a difference with this, and it was frustrating if trying to quickly silence or Lock Screen. At this price point, I decided to purchase a new one to replace. Sure enough, button issue is resolved with the new case on. Solid performance for awhile, and then eventually likely that an upgrade or replacement is needed. Pic of both for comparison.

I had the official MagSafe clear case for the iPhone 12 Pro. I ended up ordering the spigen version as the Apple version cracked a few months in just from taking on and off a few times to clean. I ended up taking comparison pictures. Apple’s case is on the left and the Spigen case (with blue stickers) on the right for all pictures except the solo picture. The Spigen case is by far the superior and cheaper than Apple. The sides have a slight curve which allow for better gripping. More importantly, the side buttons for power and volume can be pressed much easier which wasn’t the case for Apple. The MagSafe still functions properly and holds on to MagSafe chargers strongly as seen in the solo picture. My only concern is how the case covers the bottom speakers/microphone. I’ve had issues in the past with voice quality on older iPhones when it’s setup this way. I have not had any issues so far but, it is something I’ll be keeping an eye on and updating my review if it ends up being an issues. Another very very minor bother was the Spigen branding. I feel it takes away from the case. They could have simply put only the Spigen logo on the side and called it a day. I’ve seen them do it for other cases. I’m not a fan of the name and the logo being on the side. Overall: I highly recommend this product. It is way better than Apple’s MagSafe case. The case functions with MagSafe chargers!

I have gone through three Apple’s Clear MagSafe cases for my iPhone 12 and they seem to last around six months or so before it’s time to replace them. I had no real issues with the Apple product other than the fact that the buttons are EXTREMELY hard to push. Annoyingly so. When it came time to buy another one I decided to do some research to see if anyone else had a clear case that looked as classy as Apple’s clear case. I wanted one with the white MagSafe design on the back like Apple’s, which I was pleased to find that the Spigen does. I really like the fact that Spigen designed the case not only with a raised edge on the front to protect the screen while face down but they also put raised corners on the back to protect the case and the camera when placing it on its back. The winner though? The buttons are so easy to push and I really like the fact that they’re not raised! It took a little while to learn where to find the buttons (my kneejerk is to feel for the raised button) but that didn’t take long at all. I’ve had it almost two months now and no yellowing and it is in great shape. It is far superior to the Apple clear MagSafe case in my opinion and far less expensive.

only thing is that it will yellow eventually but id say it doesnt yellow too fast so you can get at least 6 months of use before it is yellowed. but when it is yellowed, it isnt that apparent, will not turn into a brown yellow from my experience but i do have a dark colored phone so keep that in mind
