This is a super pain to get on the watch. It's a rigid plastic ring that you have somehow get around the entire watch. You have to feed the watchband posts into each side of the ring, but since it does not really stretch easily, it's quite a pain. Once it is on, it's good quality and does a fine job of protecting the watch. HOWEVER The case does not cover the watchband posts (the thing the watchband clicks into). If you have the silver watch, it ends up looking stupid. You have a black case, with silver posts sticking out, attached to a black band. My previous case covered the posts too, so the whole watch was black.

Of course, like others, I put on upside down. The instructions are not very clear. The only thing I can say is that the fat side goes on the bottom. Yes, you do have to take your watch band off. The top is thin and shaped just like the bezel. Had to fight with it at first. I put one corner in at a time. The buttons work fine. If you are really using the bezel alot, then this is not for you. I can hardly get the bezel to work now. Also, the watch band is a little difficult to get back on with this protector on. I have not as of yet found an easy way to get it back on. I will fight with it later. This covers the top of the bezel. I just got my watch, so I have not really explored too much. If I don't like the fact that the bezel doesn't work, I will remove it. But I do like the protection that it is giving my watch. I constantly find myself whacking it into something. So the protection might out weigh the bezel function. I would say if you like it, get a spare. I can see it stretching if you take it off alot to clean "dust bunnies."

I was able to put mine on pretty easily. Just make sure you under the top and bottom, the bottom has word where it was made etc.... Putting it on can be difficult if you don't know what you are doing or weak. I was able to put my on with in 1 minute or less. You will need to take the band off. Then look at the protector, and the words are the bottom. I put my mine on coming from the back. Slide one side on. And then I used a plastic squeegee I was using for the face protector from another product. And used it as a pry and slid one side on top over the band bracket part, then moved to the other bracket and slid it over that end and it went into place easily. You want it tight so it doesn't move when it is on. If you are having trouble, get a hair dryer and warm it up some.

You do have to remove the watch bands to install this. If you are going to install a lens protector, do that before you install this case protector. Installation was simple once I realized that you have to put one side on and then slightly stretch the case to slip the case over the other side. It does offer great protection thus far. I have yet to own a watch that I haven't scratched or broken the face. I did install a lens protector (purchased separately). I have a wireless charging stand that does still work with this case installed. The only complaint I have is that you must have it positioned just right or it will not charge. The factory charger still works but does not fit as well as it would if the case was not attached.

soft/hard plastic will protect the watch and minimize the impact thats for sure. the only thing is that it still pending to cover the little metal parts who holds the straps, but it perfectly protects the buttons at the side. in case of drop, the bumper is a little bit higher than buttons.
