I can not wait for the weather to cool down so I can wear these!!! I am concerned about the lack of traction on snow. SPERRY- PLEASE MAKE an actual SNOW BOOT OR water/snow combo if possible?? I will be getting some Yaktracks to solve that problem! I can't speak to the comfort because I've not actually worn them yet. I took out the insole & added my own for arch support. The size was as expected, I typically wear a 7.5 in dress shoes & boots, & an 8 in tennis shoes. I ordered an 8 to accommodate my insoles & thick wool socks. They felt just a tad sloppy in regular socks but I could tighten up the laces & they'd be fine. The length was just right. Love the zipper for easy on/off!

I ordered this boot because it was cheap at $29.99, then what the other colors were going for double and triple that. At first I thought this has got to be a fake product but it was an original boot. It is a little hard to put on but once on they are very comfortable to wear. I was even wearing them with thick boot wool socks. My only regret is I should have bought another pair at that price for my mother.

Im a female 55(young side) I love the fact of half sizes as Iโm 9.5.-ish sometimes, I can wear a med-thin(not confining)sock or bare foot if wish. Spring rain or clean up yard, summer fishing, fall everything & winter fashioning, I can wear camo. Beautiful fatigue greens n gold tones in camo & the hardware-OMGOSH! Fit is perfect for me w/a sm amnt of wiggle but not sloshy loose. Great rubber, non skid gripping soles w/perfect low heel. I also like the twist laces that bring me back to HS. W/side zippers I just slide right in.GREAT quality and detail w/camo is awesome not tacky, cozy not sweaty and perfect height of shaft on boots so I can tuck in or jeans slide over. I love these shoes! The color is so beautiful and they actually fit my wide feet. As others have reviewed they are somewhat of a pain to put on, but once theyโre on they feet great. There needs to be a little more give like a longer zipper, elastic under the zipper or elastic within the laces that are purely ornamental. I would have given these 10 stars if it werenโt for that one design flaw. I did see a tip somewhere to gently pull on the inner seams to loosen up the area that your foot gets stuck in, this helped a bit.

Even with the zipper open and having ordered a size up for winter socks, I STILL had a hard time getting these over my heel. Also, I was a little disappointed that the laces were only decorations. With that said, I am hopeful that they will work (not get soaked and keep warm) when it snows this year.
