Solid construction, strong magnets, endless fun.
Color: Slate
Somehow this company made an item that doesn't get boring. The base set comes with 12 identical Pentagonal shapes with five magnets on each side. You can stack them, you can mash them, you can yeet them across your room. Doesn't matter, It'll survive it all. And they make the coolest shapes. I started with a single set and I've bought all five now and am waiting on the final two. The mixing and matching is endless. The magnets are very strong, and the plastic is resistant to scratches. The pieces themselves are a fair bit smaller than I expected, but that doesn't detract from their fun. The only concern I'd have is rust of the magnets if exposed to water over time, based on an old set of bucky balls that I have. So far nothing has changed but if exposed to enough water I'd worry for rust. Barring that, I'd highly recommend to children and adults or really anyone in need of a fun fidget or mind-easer that just wants something to fill the time. Well worth the buy. The few caveats I have are that the red color more often looks like a deep orange rather than a red, they are somewhat easy to lose, especially if you have them stacked in sets and try to separate them, they tend to fling off in random directions and they're a little too loud when stacking or connecting. Still a solid buy. 5/5. Side note: the first two sets were priced at $20 and I was totally cool with that. At some point the price jumped up to $25 and honestly I still bought the last 2 colors at that price, cause I felt it was worth it. But for what you get: 12 Pentagonal pieces with 5 neodymium magnets each, the price hike seemed odd. Just felt worth mentioning.

ADHD kids dream gift
Color: Aqua
My 12 year old was in love with this for his birthday. He and I will do building competitions to see who can build different shapes the fastest. It is also the perfect toy when he needs to focus and still be able to fidget.

Strong magnets, bright colors, fun to manipulate
Color: Cobalt
Fun to build with moving individual pieces or by fidgeting with them as a whole or as smaller groups. It's fairly easy to build the "geode", although I haven't been able to do it just by rotating them between my palms. The pentagon shaped pieces are 3/4" on each side and the manufacturer age range is "AGES 14+: Keep away from all children". Priced at $29.95, it is a bit expensive. I found a gift card that got stuck away from several Christmases ago, which is why I didn't experience sticker shock.

Great for home - but not anywhere else
Color: Lava
It's great to mess around with, but it's quite loud and clacky. Please note that It also really only wants to be the one shape, nothing else.

Not what I had hoped for
Color: Lava
The look of the product and durability is great. However, it holds the users attention for a very short period of time.

Item replaced

Update. The vendor was awesome in reaching out to and resolving the issue at hand. Open the package and the magnets are missing. How does a company ship you a product and completely for get to package the item!!! These magnets are not cheap to begin with!
