Nice and simple. perfect size and I am using my highlighters, instead of star stickers. Yellow is great day, blue is a good day, green is I spent to much money, and red is a bad day..... Im keeping my prayers that I say in the bottom note area. There is a good area of space on the bottom of each page to write special notes or ideas for a certain day. I really like that. This is a simple but useful tool to help one stay on track for a pursuit or activity one wants to follow successfully. I bought sparkly stars to go with notebook, but checkmarks in colored markers would work as well.

This is only a notebook. Some good ideas in the design. Each page is devoted to one week, with space for up to 7 ideas for improvement in each week. Close to 2 years worth of weeks! There was very little description of the product when I located it on Amazon, and only the one picture of the front cover. I was hoping a sheet of stickers would be provided, but that was not the case. This is only a notebook, and there are not any sparkly star stickers. 😢 Gotta purchase star stickers elsewhere. Fortunately, Amazon sells several types of the stickers separately. I do wish the product description would make it clear this is only the notebook, and sheets of stickers are not included. Later note - I have been using this notebook for a little over 2 weeks. Using star stickers that I had purchased separately on Amazon. A little star sticker for each day one is successful in maintaining a new habit may not seem like much, but that inner child likes it, and I find this notebook with little stickers as rewards to be quite helpful. I enjoy listening to Fr.Goring very much. His great love for God reaches right through the screen and it is so evident was a good Servant he is of Our Lord,but this book is just a bit to simple of a set up. It needed a little more to it to get up near the price for it.
