I am 5'4", 185 lbs., 44" bust, 37" waist, 44" hips, a 36H, and usually opt for an L in shapewear. I got an XL and L in these in the cafe au lait color, and it fit great everywhere for the most part. The XL was the better size. The color was great for the semi-tan white skin I have; most colors are so pale that they show through which these didn't. My only issues were that it is a little long for my torso (came right up to the base of my boobs) which caused it to roll down, and it almost felt like tearing when pulling them up and down. The nice thing is that the torso being too long was basically remedied by adjusting it to not be pulled up as high, and this didn't cause it to wrinkle at all. Highly recommend!! ... show more

I got this for abdominal support a few weeks after having a tummy tuck because I didn’t want to wear a binder all the time. The underwear definitely gave me some support even though it was very thin, but it was a little too thin… my third time wearing them, I tried to pull them down to use the restroom and they ripped… after paying a decent amount for them and then being spanx brand I had higher hopes for them… I purchase a few different brand of shape wear underwear and they are the only ones that ripped! They are very thin, and only hold you in minimally. They do not fully shape you!!! Don’t waste your money!! I like this product but it does not have as much tummy contol as other products. The top of the shape wear rolls down some. You can see the roll when you have on a more fitted dress.
