I was mostly looking for some slippers that I wouldn't mind tossing if the bottoms got too dirty. I've been in some questionable cleanliness hotels and air bnb type places that have turned feet black if walked barefoot, so I purchased these so I'd feel more at ease. If you've been to a Marriott that provides slippers, I'd say these are slightly better than those. It's nothing fancy like memory foam but it's good enough where I won't throw it away after one trip as long as the bottoms aren't too dirty.
