Paid $10 for them so really you get what you pay for. I say size up, I did and it fits moderately well. The material is like a windbreaker pants type of feel, it even makes that same noise when you walk so keep that in mind if you don’t like that windbreaker noise. It’s not uncomfortable to wear. I don’t really feel any stretchiness besides the waistband but even then ite not super stretchy. Really good i use these at my job dishwashing cause my other pants would leave me soaking wet and I would have really bad rashes on my legs but using these pants im kinda wet but not soaking and it prevents me from having rashes

The worst part first. The seams are so poor quality that the inside area by my knee was being chafed the entire time I had them on. The fabric is a windbreaker type material, so it makes a lot of noise when you walk. Annoying. The cuff of the legs ride up so you look like you're wearing high water. The pockets aren't like normal pockets that are at an angle. These pockets are small and parallel with the waist band, so it's very awkward to put things in them especially your hands. at there normal price these arent really worth it maybe 2-3 stars at best. for what i paid though i'd give 4 or 5 stars since it was a decent deal. they have a feel that reminds me of old windbreaker jackets, a lil noisy but okay feeling, they're more for summer or being over pants than for winter though not warm at all so lightweight is accurate, pockets feel fragile but are big and stitching isnt the best, but if they were at the sale price i paid in a big box store i'd but about a dozen over time lol. cant attest to shrinkage yet but they fit okay so i'd say stretchy enough. time will tell if they're durable or shrink but i'm mostly happy with the purchase. oh and it came with a tag saying they're like 40 something dollars. aint no way xD. ... show more

I like nylon/polyester pants because they are durable. I don't like ones that are made from the stretchy fabric (spandex) as they just don't last. These are rigid pants, but the way they are sewn, they are mechanically flexible, which is neat. They do get a little warm, but I prefer warm than cool, because that's how I am. If I want cool, I wear different pants or just put on shorts. The pants do have some water resistance to them, but they are not rain pants. They do dry quickly if they get wet, which is another thing I like. They pants are swishy, and from growing up in the 90's always wearing swishy nylon track suit/wind pants, the noise doesn't bother me. In fact, I like the noise and reminds me of my younger years. Only issue I had was you really need to watch the quality control on these pants. I had to do like 3 or 4 returns initially on a black pair till I got a good pair. The stitching looked like it was done by an untrained seamstress. Even I know how to sew, and the sewing job was horrific on some pairs. Before taking the tags off, I highly suggest turning them inside-out and carefully inspect the seam job. Will be buying more of these pants. ... show more

Good quality and no problems after 1st wash. Really fits well (5'7" 140) ordered size small color white. Generous pocket size! My issue is the thickness of the fabric. I needed something to keep the sun off my legs and allow air to cool my body. It is too thick; think rain jacket thick, and tightly woven, to allow for free air movement.
