    • Great fins, screws are too short for popular soft tops

The fins themselves are great, no warp and are plenty strong. The issue is the screws, only a few are long enough to reach through a wavestorm or liquid shredder SE 9’ board, The others are all too short. So while the fins are great, I cannot attach them without ordering a new set of screws which are almost the same price as the fin set. I would have paid 5-8 dollars less and just ordered screws by themselves, would rate the quality of the fins a 5 star, but the set is worthless to me without a way to attach them. I’m not sure why a set of long screws and shorter ones aren’t standard. ... show more

    • Inexpensive but still a quality product

I bought these for a couple of BZ soft surfboards that I bought my kids. They are inexpensive but still a quality product. I had to "modify" them slightly to get them to fit, but they are what I wanted and expected. The holes are 4" apart, and the screw seats are around 1/2 and inch thick. I had to widen the holes in the boards so they would fit, but I expected that. Also, I had to clip the screws to get them to the right length (because the boards are thin), but they maintained their shape and are holding strong. I would buy them again! ... show more

Specs: the 2 inch screws are too short. I have a g and s foam board. The holes are a perfect match, but I can’t screw in the fins. Price: this cost me $24 on Amazon. However, the seller’s website offers them for $16. Overall: I’m not satisfied.

Fins a rigid not so good for foam boards (which normally bend). The plastic fins feel like they’ll crack your head or crack in half. These are being returned:(

Easy to install. Surfboard is like new. Package came with a tear and no screws but was replaced immediately. I had to return the first package since the don’t ship just the screws.

Update to the review. South Bay Board company sent me a whole new set with all hardware so I updated the stars to 4. Really disappointed that the product only came with 2 screws for the fins. Not sure how to attach 3 fins with only 2 screws!
