Description
What video format works best? For best results, use MP4 with H.264 video, AAC audio, 720p or 1080p resolution, 16:9 ratio, 5–8 Mbps bitrate, and up to 30 fps. Can it play 4K video? No. 4K video is not supported. Please convert 4K files to 1080p MP4 before loading. Why does the screen show “No File”? The video may be 4K, too large, or encoded in an unsupported format. Convert the file to 1080p MP4 with H.264 video and AAC audio, then reload it. Why doesn’t my computer recognize it? Use the included data cable. Some USB-C cables are charge-only and cannot transfer files. For newer MacBooks, use a USB hub or adapter if needed. How do I control playback order? Rename files with numbers before loading, such as 01_Opening.mp4, 02_Message.mp4, and 03_Photos.mp4.
