We received one of these from our photographer after our wedding and a few years later when the in laws were celebrating their 65th anniversary I realized this would be a great gift for them. The one on our coffee table is slightly different, but I like this version even more than the one we have at our house. In addition to being a video player, there’s a button that allows you to switch to photo mode and it becomes a photo album digital player. The battery seems to last for a while and with regards to the image, it is vibrant and has good contrast. The video we made plays immediately after opening and the speaker is good enough to hear the music. It’s not going to win any awards for sound quality, but it’s better than having no speaker at all. These make great gifts and if you are on the fence about which one to get, I can confidently say that this is one of the good ones. Easy to load. Easy to charge, and it just works when you open it. No complaints and it has been a senior friendly piece of technology where other ways of sharing the video would have been too cumbersome or confusing for the elderly. These are an excellent addition to any photo or video package too, if you are a photographer or videographer. For the money, it is an over the top bonus that is sure to leave your clients thrilled with your work!

The picture is very small, the quality is very poor, I regret buying this, and then the return of the goods still requires us to pay for it to be sent from Taiwan to the United States, there is no free return service, I feel extremely bad!! I won't buy it again, and I advise people not to buy it, because the quality is not good!

The reviews that say it’s hard to work is a lie! I decided to take a chance on this and it is absolutely amazing. I can’t wait to give this to my future wife after the wedding as a gift. I did research before I purchased this item and it worked. I learned the video format that’s best fit is MP4, 720P, 30 Frames per second. My video is over 6 minutes long! Happy videoing

bought this for a friend's bday and it is quite easy to do, easiest with a desktop computer to transfer photos. I did have issues with having to make certain voice notes mp4 but downloaded a app to convert voice notes. I haven't really tried video on it but using it as a slide show and having people say happy bday in the background is cool There is no way to really organize how you want the photos or voice notes to go. but this is a cool keep sake gift.

The item is very nice! However, the app does not work as the instructions state. The ONLY way to upload pictures and videos is through a MacBook or Microsoft and you MUST use the cable that comes with the device. Once uploaded it is very nice!

Got this to record birthday greetings for my Mother-in-law's 90th. Since we are on the other side of the coast, we were able to record personal greetings that she can watch over and over again. Very easy with a Window's computer. Use your camera to record the greetings, then attach the card via usb. Transfer pictures and images with drag and drop.
