Firstly Im a buyer in Australia but found these on the US site. I came across these Soundcore shades and while already owning Bose models, I was attracted to this revolutionary idea for interchanging frame styles. Ordered a full set (frame and arms) and threw in 2 x extra frames. They arrived today (just 10 days after ordering - wow -fast). From unboxing to completing full set up took just a couple of minutes -easy as! I am seriously impressed. Downloading the app, customising the controls and messing with the equaliser produced amazing sound...way better than I was led to expect from some of the reviews. And just hit the surround toggle and you ramp up the performance again. Tested with a song that would demonstrate clear sound and range - Too Dry to Cry (Willis Earl Beal) and prepare to be amazed. Im stoked with these..Please list more of the styles currently only available in the US to your Amazon range. We Aussies really are early adopters of tech toys & we spend big.

Let's cut to the chase. The Soundcore Frames are not for listening to music. There's no bass, little treble and all around, music sounds depressing. But if you are into listening to podcasts or audiobooks, the Frames do a great job. As sunglasses, they are comfortable to wear and I appreciate the interchangeable frames. Basically the Soundcore Frames are good for pretty much everything except what the vast majority of people would do the most, listening to music.

I love these glasses so much i had to get a second pare, one indore the other outdoor. I wore them every day for three weeks. I work security, so sometimes it gets borring, so these were convenient, so i could listen to podcast and answer calls without the use of headphones. Sound quality if ok, no base though. Call quality was excellent. Easy to change frames. magnetic charger. 5.5 hour play back battery (equal to bose) it said one hour charging, but mine was done in 45 minutes Discreet, compared to competition. All day confert as they are not heavy. I could even switch glasses seem lessly and all i would do it tap the next pare to hit play, as the wear detect pause and worked grate to swich between them. The only problem i really had was that one morening i put on they glasses and they pared with a full battery, then after non use they unpare to preserve battery, unfortunately they wouldnt pare back anymore. i tride all the manual resets but nothing would fix the problem. I sent it back, and am using my second pare. If i dont have to return these, then i will know it was just a bad one. hope the second one is good since i use them as Dally drivers. If these dont die after 3 months, ill surely change the reviews star rating.

The sound is clear and loud enough that you don't need to crank it all up, just 1/3 is enough to listen music privately in a normal office environment. Which bring my other topic, this are great for me in the office (I purchase the blue filter glasses too not just the sun) and I can hear my music without disturbing my coworkers while at the same time having my ears free to listen to my colleagues. And finally I pair them to my phone and my laptop, so I can take conferences using the frames, good mic and sound. Concluding, great to listen to music at work!

It hurts me to write this I wanted so badly for these to be good. I made the mistake of spending several hundred dollars on prescription lenses for mine so I'm in a quandry now as to when to cut my losses. I have been very, very, careful with them, especially now that I know how fragile they are. I do not take the stems in and out more than once every few weeks. I have had to purchase a new set of frames for the stems EVERY MONTH because the plastic is so cheap that the frames inevitably crack and break at the hinge. Every single set, same place. Soundcore told me this was an anomaly but it's occurred six times in six months. That's more than $300 I could have added to the budget originally and had a pretty awesome and solid, all bells and whistles, set from another shop. Two days ago they stopped turning on. There is no hard-wired connection so without Bluetooth there is no fix. I found someone with the same problem who fixed it by replacing the incredibly cheap and flimsy custom-charging cable (It doesn't take a standard fit). This person said Soundcore knew the problem already and he had to purchase a new cord for $30 to fix it. Mind you, this is after a couple of months of use. He reported that his new cord is much sturdier and thicker, meaning Soundcore knows the cheap cords are crap and replaced them a couple of months ago. If I could go back in time with the knowledge I have now I would go the other way and revisit this in a couple of years.
