I ordered a pair of 9.5 for my wife since she was looking for a more neutral color. I bought the 9.5s because she has a pair of gold Neutralizers and they are 9.5. When she got them she tried them on and they were snug in the toe. So I ordered a pair of 10s and they were too loose. She took them to a local shoe store to see if they could offer any suggestions. The owner said that the pads that you put under the ball of your foot will cause the shoe to rub against her bunyon and the pads you put on the back of the shoe don't last. She suggested returning them both. But my wife kept the 9.5s thinking she can wear them for short periods of time when she doesn't have to do a lot of walking. She's disappointed that these don't fit as well as her older pair.

I’ve been looking for a pair of these shoes for over a year bc my very similar Dr Scholl’s were discontinued. I wore them into the ground. When these Soul shoes turned up on Amazon, I was pleased to find them and was about to buy them when I noticed an ad for a lower priced pair that was adv’d as ‘returned’ w no tags, etc., so I thought why not get them for a fraction of the $64 price. I am beyond pleased with them. They are comfy, sturdy, have a nice rubber sole, and fit perfectly to wear w jeans or shorts. I didn’t care if another customer had returned them and I bought them. They are clean and don’t smell. I recommend Soul naturalizer shoes!
