Sorel never disappoints in quality and comfort. Fits true to size. I wear a 9.5 which can be tricky. Elastic gusset makes them comfy. Love them and worth the money! I find that I wear my Sorel every day (because of comfort) and they last 3-4 winters. Practical, comfy and yet stylish. A winning trio!

    • Exactly the fit I wanted
Very pleased with the fit! My shoe size is Women's 11 (sometimes 11.5) and somewhat narrow. These Women's size 11 boots cradle my heels and ankles (no sliding or flopping around) and my toes have a smidgen of wiggle room. Best fit with Darn Tough cushioned crew socks. I wear trainers & TEVAs often, so I'm out of practice wearing heels, so these chunky heels provide a nice lift without sacrificing balance. Immediately comfortable to wear. Lots of grip, especially at the toe, perfect for the PNW rainy season. These boots feel solid and well-made, but much, much lighter than the Dr Marten Unisex Embury boots (well-made, but very heavy and too wide on my foot) that I'm returning. Received the boots today, the shoe box is broken on top, glad the boots looks undamaged, its a little heavy for my skinny legs, a little stiff, but its cute leather boots and hopefully in time it will become more flexible. I got this size in good price, I usually wear 5.5 or 6 but got this 6.5 - it has a little space for thick socks and for my wide fit. Glad I got this size- Im keeping it. ... show more

These boots are a pleasant surprise when it comes to comfort ,especially for a heeled boot that actually looks stylish!: - Cushioned platform feel: The platform design effectively reduces the pitch of the heel, making them feel less steep and more comfortable than expected. - Flexible Chelsea-style fit: The stretchy sides are easy to slip on and hug the foot nicely. - Removable soles are a plus: Great that you have the option to swap in insoles that work best for you. Ultimately I had to return them because the fit was too tight with my custom insoles; these might work better with thinner replacement insoles. The fact that the soles are removable were great though! Summary: Cozy and stylish for day-to-night wear—just keep in mind your insole needs before buying. ... show more

I’ve had these for about 6 months. Other Sorel shoes have been much more comfortable for me. After breaking them in a bit, they’re great for work-I’m in and out of my car a lot. I just wore these in Nashville and wanted to DIE! Not an all day vacation shoe-that’s for sure! The seam across the top becomes painful on long walks. Five stars for comfort, style, etc. great shoe, like the large number of great reviews have said. Instantly comfortable, walkable, cute design. HOWEVER. Huge quality control issue. I bought the brown color, and the shoe arrived extremely scratched up. Clearly worn and poorly handled. However, since I loved the shoe itself, i decided to order a second pair to see if I’d get a better one, and I did. As you can see in my photos, there’s a night and day difference in the condition of the first and second pair, and even the color is different. The second pair is a shade darker and more even in color. Clearly an actually new pair. The pictures don’t even fully do a justice to the difference—there’s a bunch more scratches on the sides and back, I just didn’t want to upload a ton pictures. So I will say overall, if you’re interested in this shoe, do buy it but be aware that you may have some quality inconsistency—I think some other reviews have mentioned the same thing. Another thing—from having researched these shoes, I will say I believe the scratching issue is by far more prone to happen with the brown color because it’s a very different type of leather than the other options. I love the look of these boots but they made me fall down twice in a month. Just walking down the sidewalk. There is something about the chunky rubber on the heel - it catches everything. Very weird.

These boots are great. Thought they'd be heavy from appearance but they're actually lighter than expected. Easy to put on and I didn't feel as though I was walking in Frankenstein shoes. Lighter than their snow boots that's for sure. Great buy. Fit is great. Enough room at the toe. The shaft of the boot is stiff for now because they're new but not uncomfortable and good enough support for ankles . Strong & Durable . ... show more
