Sorel Explorer Carnival feature waterproof nylon uppers, PU coated synthetic overlays, waterproof breathable membrane, warm fleece lining, 100g insulation, removable EVA foot bed with a micro fleece top cover, outsole grade EVA, moulded rubber pods on the out sole, contrasting stitching accents, full lace up front closure and the Sorel branding printed on the outer side.

They are comfy and light. However, I am size 9 and I bought a size 10 according to other reviews, and did not end up well. It was at least half a size bigger than I needed so I returned it. Did not have any issues returning but returning from Kolhs wasn't an option had to return through UPS.

My wife likes them for rainy days. The fits not perfect (too tight in the toe box) but they work okay. Wouldn’t recommend them for any snow other than light flurries. Cute but not a serious weather shoe.

If you are going to order, order a size up. The boot is very narrow with very little wiggle room. The inside liner is not comfortable around the ankle area and kind of scratches/rubs. Overall an uncomfortable boot.
