- Razor Sharp Carbon Steel Blades - All SORD fillet knives utilize a full tang razor sharp carbon steel blade with a protective teflon and titanium coating making them extremely corrosion resistant. SORD fillet knives hold their sharp edge longer than other knives on the market because of the high quality carbon steel material they are made from.
- Non Slip Gun Grip Handle - We use the most durable, ergonomic, and slip resistant handles that you've ever felt. G10 is extremely hard to break, slip and incur dents or scratches.
- Protective Knife Sheath - Each knife includes a light-weight and durable kydex sheath that the blade securely clicks into. This sheath clips to a waistband or 5 gallon bucket that you keep on the boat.
- The Right Knife For You - We offer knives in various sizes to suit your fish filleting needs.
- SORD 7" Medium Flex Fillet Knife has a moderately flexible blade used for deboning and filleting fish. The razor sharp blade enables the knife to move smoothly along the backbone of the fish and easily removes the fish skin.

A pro-level edge that makes filleting almost fun
Style: 7" Medium Flex
This knife is scary sharp out of the box. Nice balance of flex for filleting, but still plenty of backbone when needed. The non-slip handle is confidence inspiring when things get slimy. The Kydex sheath is a nice touch, though it clicks a bit tight at first

Good looking but?

No use yet, but i would not describe it as razor sharp out of the box.
