I have been searching for a brush like this for a long time. It’s the holy grail of self tanner applicator brushes. Really soft and dense bristles! This thing is ever so much better than the long strap-looking self tanner applicators for your back. You know how you use one of those and you get these long streaks on your back? Well, not with this brush! I have not used any mitt or other type of product for applying self tanner that left such a beautiful result! I am so glad I finally found the perfect brush and may purchase another to have on hand in case a family member lifts the one I just purchased because it is just that great of a product!

These brushes are top quality. They are made of extremely soft fibers and have incredible density. The fibers are packed so tightly it feels like rubbing velvet on your skin. They are gentle on sensitive skin and feel smooth and soothing. The handles are made of sturdy plastic and have some weight to them and the long one has slight bevels to make gripping it easier. I did not take an after picture, but I got a smooth and even application for my tan. I didn't find a single shed fiber out of place even after a full use. These genuinely feel like spa quality brushes and could probably hold up for dozens of uses without even the slightest wear. My only issue was that they were a bit difficult to clean, mostly due to the density, but honestly its a good tradeoff. I think it was more an issue with the tan being too runny, these are great and well worth the extra effort to clean.

These brushes are nice and are good at evenly spreading my self tanner, but they are small relative to the area I need to cover. I still need to use a hand mitt to cover most of my body and use the brushes only for my face and fingers and back. The long handled brush is essential to apply the tanner to my own back without asking for help. The bristles are good enough, but I already own one brush for this purpose which is denser and softer, so I could not give a full 5 stars.

The body brush has an especially long reaching handle to help you distribute bronzer, self tanner or other beauty products. I found this really great to use on my legs to apply a bronzing powder to my calves and feet without getting it everywhere and saving on bending. The bristles are so soft and blend beautifully. The smaller brush is gorgeous for facial applications and has an angled edge to perfect your contour over cheekbones and the planes of the face. These are really great brushes - high quality but also mid range for beaty tool prices, probably on the higher end for the single brushes.

It is rare that I order something through vine that absolutely blows me away... but this product is one of those! The bristles are dense, yet forgiving... I would say they are very soft, despite some of the other reviews perhaps not agreeing. Absolutely perfect to apply my self-tanning lotion! Lotion, I mean mousse. Most of the time I have good intentions have applying my self-tanner, and then end up not doing it due to it being a bit difficult to do on my own. This product makes it easy and I find myself following through a lot more!! Soft on the skin, great application. I would very very much recommend this product.
