Purchase a amazon inspected unit that arrived complete but had obvious weight at some point on top of the box and bent almost ever single pole end making it ALMOST impossible to build. The circle pole ends were compressed into slight ovals thus making them not fit in the connectors. I spent some time with a hammer making them fit and now fully erected I notice the overall sturdiness of this product was bad to begin with let alone with hammered poles to fit. When your wife needs her clothes put away you just build it and solve the problem.

I purchased this a few months ago hoping for some extra storage space. It’s quite sizable but that’s the only good thing about it. Initially the pieces didn’t fit quite right together, the ends are very sharp, and once it was set up, you realize the “shelves” are just poor quality pieces of paper (not cloth) and the entire structure will fall over as soon as you put any clothes into it. Because of its size, it’s really intimidating and honestly quite scary to see the massive structure fall over and immediately send plastic joiners across the room- as well as bend every pole so that there’s no way to reassemble it. Huge waste of money and time. Just buy something sturdier

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! This thing was a nightmare to assemble. It’s not sturdy at all and it is cheap. For the money you pay you think it would be better but it’s not. If you try to move it even in the slightest it falls apart. Where I live I don’t have a closet so I purchased this to help store items and I hate it. I honestly wish I would’ve returned it when I had the chance. I don’t like it at all.

Item was missing 4 of the long poles required to assemble. The total number of poles that was supposed to be included is 8. The instructions were not adequate for assembly, confusing diagram.

It's flimsy but does the job. One of zipper on the cover is already broken in the first day. I hang 6 winter coats and so far it hasnt claspsed.. easy to assemble.
