This is a very nice luggage rack, and I purchased it mainly because I wanted a white rack to match my spare bedroom. It's very nice, sturdy and good quality. It is a pain to assemble if you do it yourself. The assembly process isn't difficult, mainly could use an extra pair of hands to hold the rack in place while adding the screws. I found it interesting, all but one videos for this rack, are showing the rack full assembled. Looked on YouTube to find an unboxing of this rack, but they were all for metal racks. The one video with music and a woman assembling it was the most helpful video. Good purchase. Very pleased.

Product is great- sturdy and utilitarian- our guests loved them. The first one was somewhat challenging to assemble because the instructions were not great. They should put small A B C D labels on the legs and matching frame pieces. The second one was the breeze the first one should have been. Having had a couple of gin and tonics may have made the first one time-consuming for this octogenarian but others have also commented on the poor instructions.

No extra tools needed for assembly. Appears to be very sturdy but I haven’t tested it yet for actual usage. There was a small chip on the white wood but not enough to cause me to return it. I thought it would close flat like the ones in the hotels, but it doesn’t.
