The size is great, I put it on a door. It went up in 10 minutes, by myself. My jewelry used to be here and there, in drawers, boxes, and earring stands, or laying on shelves. This cabinet is beautiful. There are pros and cons to this piece, though. Pros: -it’s large enough to fit more jewelry and makeup than I even own. -it’s a really elegant looking piece that doesn’t appear cheap or gaudy in any way -the mirror and the window are both really nice touches -attaching the door hangers was really easy, it took one minute because the anchors and holes were already there, I didn’t necessarily even need a screwdriver! Cons: -if you plan on hanging this on your door, it is exactly the width of a standard door from one side to the other, so hanging it on the inside was kind of impossible thanks to the frame. -I wanted to potentially hang this on the wall, but it’s heavy enough that it would need to be installed into the studs, which weren’t where I needed them to be in order to mount the cabinet. -the lighting is pretty dim, and I wish there was lighting on the outside of the cabinet around the mirror, instead of just being on a thin bar on the inside without many lumens -the ring display doesn’t easily fit thicker band rings -the necklace hooks aren’t good for normal length necklaces, they might as well be for children’s necklaces. -the doors to the cabinet are magnetic and it’s actually pretty tough to open them; while I understand the necessity and the meaning behind making it have such a strong grip, the grooves they’ve included at the bottom of the doors to the cabinet don’t let you get a good grip and I find myself using a lot of energy just to pull them open. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Mirror did come with a small chip but I guess that comes with ordering things like that online. Light does not always come on when you open the left door, but will come on when the right door is opened. Despite these things, I love the mirror! It goes perfectly with the rest of the things in my room and looks so elegant. It has a lot of room for things, I was able to get rid of all of my small jewelry holders and cases and put it all into this. Shipping was also extremely fast.
