My daughter wanted this jewelry box so badly. It IS cute, but it is not durable. If you pull on it, locked or not, it'll pop open. The sides are easy to just pull open. If I dropped this from eye level, I'm pretty sure it would break, or at least pop open.

I really like this jewelry box. I use it to store all my favorite pieces, and I have a pretty decently sized collection. It’s not indestructible by any means, but it’s definitely sturdy. I noticed a few reviews saying the sides don’t close, but there’s a reason for that: you have to tuck the sides in first before you close it. Meaning you need to pull the sides in, pull up the piece that folds down (the bottom) and then close the lid. The whole thing holds sturdy once the lock is clicked shut. I liked the compartments of this jewelry box, great for organizing everything. The only thing I wasn’t too happy about was the size. I expected it to be bigger than it appeared in the picture. All in all, decent jewelry box to have, just not for those who have tons of jewelry.
