Although they haven't come off, they spin, and there isn't a way to tighten them, since there is a velvet lining on the inside where you might normally have a hole/but you could get to to tighten. As long as they don't fall off I guess it's not a huge deal. Paint and finish are fine. Some small defects but nothing I'd return it for.
