The media could not be loaded. Easy assembly, came well packaged, lighted, sturdy and holds and abundance of my little gems. I'm not done adding items, and there's still more room. Door fastens easily, and comes with keys. Yes, I'd buy again. I plan to gift one to my daughter ☺️

Instructions could've been much better but once you figure it out it's not so bad. Box had a break in it but there is no way to tell if it's damaged without undoing the whole thing. With that said it's a process to unwrap it so to send it back would be an ordeal. There were some scratches and rub marks in the wood but I suppose I'm keeping it as like I said, repacking would've been a project in itself. Nice looking once it's together although I have pieces left over (G, K & L) that I can only assume is to mount to the wall but I'm not sure because the directions don't tell you. Anyone who knows please let me know. The door is a bit hard to open due to the strong magnet and the lock is a little temperamental but maybe that'll ease up in time. Oh, and the drawers are very short....be careful because you'll pull it out thinking its a deep drawers but it's a short little thing (which I should've known given the width lol) but trust me it'll be a natural thing to want to pull it out all the way. All in all it's very nice but wish I didn't have to spend that amount on a new item that's scratched up. ... show more

I received this Jewelry cabinet last month and wrote the review below -- since then, I'd like to edit this review as I did receive a communication from Songmics letting me know that they wanted to help rectify my issues. It appears that I may have contacted the incorrect department which caused the delayed response so appreciated their willingness to make this right. However, I had already returned the cabinet and purchased another brand so while I appreciated their help, I now already had another jewelry cabinet. They do have a great Customer Service department and are willing to work with the buyer for complete satisfaction, and I've learned to give the Seller more time to get back to me and see what they can do. I do now also have the Songmics cosmetic organizer which I love so based on this, and the great Customer Service I received I wouldn't hesitate to purchase more Songmics products. They have proven that they will work to ensure a satisfied and happy customer. ___________prevous review: I did have 2 issues with this cabinet but I believe that Songmics would have helped fix this had I given them time to get back to me. Customer Service is as important to me as the product - and Songmics proved they are willing to help! --I was so excited to get this -- just what I'd been looking for and after researching I chose this one for the light and the lock feature. I received as expected and quickly went to work putting together. Directions were good-- we got it set up in about 20 minutes. Only problem-- the light and the lock didn't work. Not just one thing--- but neither of the features I specifically wanted worked. We tried different and brand new batteries which didn't help. The lock -- is just a cheaply made lock with an antique type key that probably wouldn't last anyway. I contacted the company per instructions included. They "24-hour response" took 4 days, only to be told I sent the wrong order ID. I was then told that if the warehouse received the return package, then they will offer a solution..... My solution was to return to Amazon and purchase a different brand which I received and really love! Much nicer-- better made--- and everything works right! (LANGRIA) ... show more
