Purchased originated from Amazon third party seller with a misleading return policy for a pair of poorly constructed small 14K gold Endless Hoop earrings. Back story: As an adult i had worn a pair of very small 14K gold hoops 24/7 for years taking them off only to be cleaned. Finally those little hoops wore out (years ago). Efforts to find replacements in local stores proved futile. Finally i found what i thought to be a "good enough" pair of earrings through an Amazon third party seller who offered to accept a return if the purchased was found unsatisfactory. However the hoop earrings' structural integrity was the issue rendering a return impossible. As a follow up: Amazon did offer support by suggesting i could appeal, but that seemed too much trouble. At first I thought they forgot to put the earrings in the bag. I knew they would be small, just not this small. Please keep in mind that I do not have giant hands. They are, however, lightweight and comfortable, and the packaging was nice (if you're purchasing as a gift). VERY VERY difficult to put on because of the size and type of closure. I didn't think this purchase through. Very impulse-y. :( Check the measurements before you purchase. The earrings were very flimsy. I couldn't even latch the earrings to close on my ears. I just opened the package today because I have been so busy. I was hoping i could return them for a more secure pair earrings. Would never buy again. They only gave me 3 weeks to return and I didn't open package until today, 06/21/21, because I have been busy working 2 jobs. I don't like the clasp on them either. Very flimsy; i couldn't even close them tightly, they kept coming loose. I just wasted a lot of money for this piece of material. I'd like to call it something else, but I'm not going to do that.
