The media could not be loaded. Very impressed with these cameras. They are reliable as in they don't lose signal. Love the zoom and the the fact you can point in any direction. You can save up to 5 preset directions. The night vision does not disappoint. There is a feature where you can turn a light on from the camera to get color vision, but it is not necessary to have a good video. I was able to capture one of my oppossums strolling through the porch. It was very dark outside with only one street light across the street. And my camera is mounted about 7ft up. Disregard the mess porch. (Work in progress lol) Motion detection is better than most because it literally can pick up everything if you so choose. There is maybe a one second delay but again, better than others I have tested. It records 20 second videos without an SD card. You can have the cameras record continuously if you install micro SD cards or subscribe to the service which is not expensive. Make sure the SD cards are rated V30 and are fast at writing data as that will affect your cameras recording. It takes up to 128 GB cards. Picture quality is on the higher end, but not good enough to record a licence plate 70ft away. However, for home security it is more than adequate. The solar panels charge the battery even on cloudy days. I don't foresee ever running out of battery power. The cameras are very easy to install. Had no issues at all and the cable from the solar panel to the camera is more than long enough. One limitation is you can only have up to 5 cameras under one account that I can tell. I am still learning the system, but I am very happy with them. I bought 3 personally for me and 3 for my mom's home. I do wish when watching the cams on the phone, you could actually watch all of them at the same time. Right now you can only have one play at one time. I assume to watch all cams at once one needs a professional system installed. But they do record independent of each other so if you feel you missed something you can review the recordings. Update: Mounting was easy. I had someone do it and they had no problems. The unit does exactly what it says. Pictures are very crisp. I have had to contact customer support and they are very prompt. I am having 2 issues though: . There is supposed to be vehicle recognition, after 20 times but I can't seem to get that option. . Sometimes, when.i use the app to get a live feed, it says 'connecting' and does not load. I have the solar panel attached and I think it has to do with cloud cover and poor sunlight on the day. But, I'm impressed enough to order a second one for the backyard. Update: Have not mounted, but turned on to test video and features and set up the app. The instructions are very easy to follow and the prompts from the app are helpful. There is one part of the manual that doesn't hold true but it's not a big deal. The unit's app interface is very easy to learn. (Taught it to my elderly mother in 10 minutes.) The panning works really well. The pictures are crisp. The night mode is also crisp. The microphone to speak to visitors is very loud. Hearing them is a bit low though. (Maybe I need to fix something.) The white light is so much brighter than I would have expected. The siren is a pretty decent volume as well. The ports are securely covered with very well fitted plastic covers. The unit seems durable. There is the option to purchase a plan to upgrade the features so that people, pets, vehicles and packages can be 'memorized'. Haven't decided on that as yet. Had to contact their customer service for a question and it was easy, and I got a helpful reply in good time. I bought microSD cards to use with it and am not yet sure how well that part will work. Order the two cameras for both front and back door protection. Follow the manual, very easy to install hardware and App, connect to WiFi . Charge the Camera: try one camera connects to solar panel, and one camera connects to Micro USB, both are working fine. Worry free on running out of battery power because the camera has internal 9000mAh rechargeable battery, which provides additional backup power to the camera when there is no sunlight charging the solar panel. Great to have solar panel camera, no electrical outlet need for outdoor camera now. The PTZ camera can swivel left to right 355 degrees, tilt up and down 90 degree, but it does not come with zoom in and out function, the app only has left, right, up, and down button to control. Two ways communication when press to speak in the app with people stand in the front of camera. Video and image: Motion senses and night version work great. When there is movement, the camera is live and records 10 sec or 20 sec video, 3MP HD, delivery clear image, either full color or grey white. When there is no movement, camera goes to sleep mode.
