I have this with me everywhere. It has saved me on so many camping trips, or when I was too lazy to find a wall port. Definitely heavier than your average travel charger but this thing holds a lot of juice and it's still light for how much power you get out of it. I love the solar component; slower than wall charging, of course, but it really does work when in direct sunlight! Used it for over a hundred charges and still going strong.

I've been using this on and off for about 3 years. What I like: It works! I use it for charging my phone when camping, traveling through an airport, train station or any place AC is at a premium. I also use it to power my LED booklight or do a supplemental charge of my phone when on my patio reading in the evening. It's more convenient than grabbing the charger, cables, and extension cord for the AC. What I don't like: It seems to take a long time to recharge, even when using a 60W charger. Charging by solar panels is a joke. Yes, it will charge with solar, but it takes at least two days of full sun and no use. I guess that's better than nothing. Since I never expected to use the solar charger, this isn't a problem for me. Had I intended for solar charging to be my main source AND it the battery pack was in heavy use, I would be sorely disappointed. I'm happy with the purchase. However, if I had to do it again I would purchase one without the solar charger option.

Loved the product. It's easy to use, reliable, fast charging, no heat, heavy duty, flashlight is powerful and it was a great value for the money spent. All of the charging cables fit the devices snugly and it charges the Apple devices quickly to full.

I was really excited to use this product. I ordered it at the end of April and laid it in the sun for days to charge it. Of course I could have used an outlet at the time but I wanted to make sure it worked via the solar panels. I checked on it periodically until it reached full charge as shown by the blue lights on the side (and the green light means it’s charging). Once fully charged I plugged in my phone and my Fitbit to see how well they would charge. They did charge at first, but slower than other power banks I’ve used in the past, and the Fitbit even says it’s a weak power source. But it did it’s job and I was pleased to have this for my months long backpacking trip. A few weeks later I plugged my electronics in again and it was a bit spotty… it would say it was charging but then I’d check my phone a few minutes later and it had stopped charging. I double checked that everything was plugged in correctly, I even changed cables to see if that was the problem. It should be able to charge items more than once per its own charge, but I laid it in the sun again for a few days and tried again. Things charged. I left for my trip over a week ago. The first night i was in an Airbnb so everything was charged there. 2nd night at a primitive campsite I charged up some items as well as kept the power bank charging in the sun. Next campsite I needed to charge again… and it wouldn’t. Plugging things in and unplugging them several times, sometimes it would ding and say charging but then it would stop 30 seconds later. Again, I had it open in the sun. It’s hard to tell in the photos but it shows the green solar charging light on and all the blue lights… it should have worked!! I also included a photo showing my Fitbit plugged in and yet not charging. I needed to get in contact with my family and my phone was down to 3% and my Fitbit to 5% the following day. Luckily I was at a canoe livery where they graciously charged my phone in their office while I went kayaking. But soon into this trip I’ll be at mostly primitive campsites and towns will be few and far between. This charger was supposed to give me peace of mind that I’d always be able to charge up my phone no matter where I was. That is not the case. It’s too late to return, so I had to eat that cost and purchase an Anker power bank instead. Even though it isn’t solar hopefully it will provide power during the stretches between places I can charge it traditionally.
