That’s very easy to use. I leave it positioned in the bedroom window when I don’t need it. I got this for emergency back up and I’ve used it twice: once during a power outage and once when my charging cable wasn’t working. It was wonderful being able to charge my phone back up very quickly so easily when needed. (I also have a power bank but wanted to see how well this would work.) During the power outage I was able to find out how far the outage extended so we could see what restaurants were open (we didn’t feel like eating what we could cook on our gas stove top, and we didn’t want to open the refrigerator). I’ll definitely take this with me when camping or traveling in general. This would also work well if traveling abroad where they use different plugs and currents. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. It’s great to have when u out fishing or camping. The torch light is nice to have as well and great. The battery life is amazing. But it does take about a day to recharge fully on wall outlet. And On solar charge it seems that it takes longer. 2hrs and it’s not even halfway charge when charge bank is at E. Over all I love it and when to charge my iPhone or GoPro or what ever handheld device like a Nintendo Switch. It will not charge a laptop. ... show more

This is now my second time leaving this review. I am unsure why. Just yesterday it was up with 12 people voting it useful. I will once more relay my experience, because I will not be silenced. I purchased this product expecting to receive at least a 40,000mAh power bank. That is NOT what I received. I tested this product in three ways, with 3 different charge cycles for redundancy. The current was measured with a power meter and charge controller. When I first received the product, I charged it fully. I was excited. This was meant to be a gift for my son, but I would soon learn that it was not worthy of gifting. One full charge on my iPhone XS Max and 1.5 Apple Watch charges completely killed the power bank. My other 40,000mAh power banks can charge that phone around 8 times from dead easily. So, I investigated. I first drained this power bank, and tested (with my power meter/charge controller) how much charge it took from the wall, which is how capacity is rated. It charged in 7 hours, and took exactly 13,800Ma of charge. I then took my 40,000mAh power bank, and tested how much it would be drained by charging this one. It had exactly 65.55% charge left after charging this power bank from dead. 40,000 x.655= 26,200mAh left on my power bank. 40,000-26,200=13,800mAh. My charge controller reflected the same numbers during this test. Triple confirmation. This is a 13,800mAh power bank, which is a common smaller Chinese capacity. Actually, if you search Amazon for “13,800mAh power bank” clones of this one come up, same wires built in, same inputs and outputs, all exactly the same. The wireless charging charges at 3W, and none of the outputs charge above 5w. The solar panels charge at 4W (400mA) in direct sunlight, which is less than 1/3 the advertised charging rate. It would take 55 hours of direct sunlight to fully charge this power bank. I expect that resistance from the cheaply made motherboard and wiring causes this to prematurely die as well, because even a 13,800mAh power bank should be able to charge an iPhone XS Max 3.5 or so times, as the iPhone XS Max has a 3,174mAh battery. This does not happen, though. It charges it from dead one time, and lasts one full Apple Watch series 6 charge before it is so drained that the flashlight won’t turn on. Which means that it is, in practice, a 4,000mAh output capacity power bank. After posting my initial review, I have been Emailed and harassed with bribery offers to remove or change my negative review. That explains why so many good reviews are on this horrid product. I do not sell out so easily, though. I will repost this review as many times as is necessary to protect future buyers from being scammed as I was. My advice is to absolutely NOT buy this product. Pay attention to the negative reviews. You will be staunchly disappointed if you are aware of what a 40,000mAh power bank is capable of. You will then be harassed and likely bribed to remove or change your honest review, which is extremely sketchy. That is the totality of my review. Dear lord, please do not purchase this. We purchased this for emergency use, but I tend to use these on the go since my phone battery has seen better days. With the four solar panels, it charges in a hurry and is ready to go. The best way to charge is still by plugging it in, however. Use the solar panel only when 120VAC is unavailable. It folds into a nice compact unit with a carbiner to hang on your backpack. Two built-in charging cables (USB-C for your Samsung and a lightning cord for your iPhone) and a USB-A output. This one also includes a wireless charging pad. Make sure to read the instructions to make your charger last a long time! Fully discharge and charge at least every 3 months. Best way to do this is to use this as your sole phone charger. It can be charged with the center cable (Input USB-A) or the USB-C slot on the side. This beast, with 43KmAh capacity, will keep you running for a long time. ... show more

I have never had a solar powered power bank and am very impressed at how this thing works. It takes about 8-9 hours to get a charge through traditional ac/cd outlets and about 10 hours for a full solar charge. I think that the only drawback that I see with it is that while you are getting a solar charge, you can't hook any device to it to charge from while it charges or it will drain the charge from the charger. Bought this for emergency use and so tested to ensure charging was fine. The solar charger has nice heft to it that feels appropriate for the size - a little smaller than a brick and lighter than one. The panels feel solid but the placement of the velcro-tail to hold the panels closed when not charging feels wimpy. Charging to roughly 70-80% took under 3 hours and successfully charged my cell phone full without dropping too much under the 70% pip. The light function works fine and is quite bright leaning on the blue spectrum a bit - LED standard basically. Main concerns for the future would be the panel folds potentially falling apart or crimping the wires connecting to the main battery - but even then I don't think that would happen outside of long term solar exposure and lots of bending. IF you use this, please note that one port and one USB cable are meant for charging the battery itself, not devices. States this in the manual which was small and hard to read overall due to the tiny print. ... show more
