The solar charge did not work at all. The charge did not hold as long as it said it would and it didn't charge the way it was supposed to.

So for the price it looks great, charges your phone pretty quickly as it should with usb 2.0, and the solar panel is a great thing to have if you find yourself outside often. I truly don't believe the capacity is over 35k tho. I charged the battery overnight using my best, brand new quality charger. Every light was Lit and I decided to leave it in my backpack completely void of light. With my 20k non solar charger I would expect 2 and a half full charges from empty. I can say with certainty that I could only charger my smart phone 1 and a half times before it was 100% dead. I don't know if there are proper or legal standards for what a mAh should be, kind of like the lack of standards issue that BTUs in air conditioners had. The functionality is fine and the wright is about the same as my phone. If you are living off it camping then you better keep it in the sun. Is it possible it is just my unit? Yes, it is quite possible. I would happily correct and improve my rating if we accomplish something here.

Listen to the reviews. It came dead when I got it. It wouldn't charge anything. I plugged it into the wall and it was on for a good 4 hours and no indicator light on or nothing. It also still is unable to charge anything. It also didn't come with any instructions or anything that looked like original packaging. I needed it as a backup for a music festival and I'm screwed on that. Amazon won't let me replace it without a credit card on file. All I have is my debit card. Store credit would take a few days but only after they get this one back. By the time I'd get it, I'll already been gone. Refund is same deal only takes longer time to get back. I'm glad I'm only out 17 bucks but it still sucks. The funny thing is the only thing that seems to work on this is the compess. By all the reviews I expected that to be broken. Anyways if you are reading this and considering getting it, don't waste your money. It isn't worth the headache.

The media could not be loaded. This little solar charger does so much! It is lightweight and a great little size. It was fully charged in the sun in a matter of hours. It charged my iPhone fully and still has lots of life left. Press the power button to see how much charge is left. Long press the power button and the flashlight comes on. Press again and the flashlight flashes, and has 2 flashing speeds. The compass is a greasy little extra. This charger is so handy, a must have for camping or survival preparedness.

Used as a ‘normal’ power bank, works fine. Fully charged from wall outlet got around 2-1/2 to 3 full charges on iPhone 12. When attempting to recharge it from the sun (direct sun, no clouds, no shadows, 7-8 hrs/day, 3 days) it struggled to get one blue light (1 of 4) after day 1. By end of day 2, still had only 1 light. By end day 2 had 2 blue lights; all after some 22-24 hrs direct sun. Summary, good for a power bank but don’t count on any significant solar re-charge
