The nasal portion is soft. My elderly mother is in need of soft nasal cannulas. These do the trick. I buy these all the time. I’ve been buying them for over a year now.

2nd canula purchase from Amazon. Both are useless. The tubing is much narrower than what I'm used too and because of this, the part that goes around your face and into your nose is constantly twisted. All in the trash...
