I love this stuff! As a home cook, I've always enjoyed the occasional stir fry. But I recently started using Shaoxing cooking wine as part of the marinade process and WOW! I get compliments every time I use it. I strongly recommend giving this a try.

Great quality and great packaging. Happier with this than the bottle I bought at the local market. This one smells and taste much better. Seems more like a quality marsala than most of the “fake” cheap wine at the Asian markets.

I scoured through the internet to find the best reasonably priced Shaoxing cooking wine. So far this one seems very good, but I don't have anything to compare it to. It imparts a good but subtle flavor and the bottle is sturdy. The packaging was also nice and very protective.
