If you like Chinese dry sautéed string beans, use this and Yi Bin Sui MI Ya Cai. With those two items, nothing else really matters. The beans will be tasty and memorable. I have tried this with beans deep fried and dry fried. Both work. I have used the foot long traditional greenbeans, bush beans and French Haricots vert. They all work as well. I am sure there are other uses for this wonderful cooking wine, but for me, even just this use was enough to purchase the bottle.

We live in an area where the "International Section" of the local market is really thin, and is NEVER going to include items like this on their shelves. The reason I docked this two stars is that it's packaged in a VERY THIN plastic bottle, which shocked me...thinner than you'd find in a Diet Coke from the corner store. I know things like olive oil come in plastic bottles (and I don't purchase them). This made no sense to me and I was not pleased, and I won't buy this specific brand again.
