I received the boots in a size 10. Perfect fit. My feet are medium width and these are perfect. The heel feels good too. I love the cut outs on the sides because I’m wearing them in the spring summer and fall. I’ve had mine about a month. They wear very well. Comfortable as advertised. These arrived and one of the zippers was defective. Would not zip all the way up, and equally difficult to zip down. Returned for refund . I question quality of product when it arrives damaged. Also ordered a pair in taupe suede and they appear to be fine. The suede ankle boots running slightly looser in fit .
