I did my homework. I looked around Amazon A LOT. There was a similar boot that I was considering where everyone recommended going up a size because of the pointy toe. All of the reviews for this boot said that these were true to size. I have wide feet, so I went up a half size. Usually I'm a 7 in shoes, so I went up to a 7.5 (7 1/2). I have to say that these really are true to size. I would highly recommend getting your regular size in these, especially if you don't have wide feet. My legs are a bit chubby (I'm working on it), so the boots are a little tight, but after breaking them in a little, the boots have scrunched down a bit, which makes them more comfortable. I like the heel because it looks like high quality. The other boots that I was considering showed reviews where the dye/coloring rubbed off the heel. I'll have to wear these a bit to see if that happens to these, but it does not look like it would happen. I would highly recommend these boots. I ordered them late at night and they were actually delivered at 5am lol. God bless :) ... show more

I love these boots and I expected cowboy boots to run a little smaller by the toes so I just sized a 1/2 size up and they are perfect especially what I need them for they are so stylish and comfortable and I have never owned a pair of boots like these no blisters no hurting feet by the end of the night all in all a great find and a great buy they also go with anything thanks for a great experience. ... show more

This is my first pair of Western booties. I’ve been hesitant to get a pair because, like, what do I wear them with?? I bit the bullet and ordered these and I LOVE them! The heel is a perfect height. The color is beautiful as is the embroidered design. Mid-calf would have been perfect, but they're good as they are. They're comfortable to walk in and the denim fabric is forgiving. I received many compliments on them. I bought another pair of denim boots from China and the heel broke in the second wearing so now they're garbage because it was glued. These are sturdy and will last forever as cowboy boots should! ... show more
