I purchased this shoes for my trip to Germany. I immediately put them to the test hiking in the Black Forest, going to multiple beaches and through the entire trip. Best summer shoes. I was skeptical at first, but these shoes are keeping up with my active lifestyle. So far.

Stayed on my feet for my 5K Tough Mudder run

I ordered these at the last minute, hoping I got the right size and they fit great. I usually wear an 8 but thought giving myself a little room for any swelling might be good. I don't know if that's a thing on OCRs? I've never done one before. Or any kind of run tbh. They stayed on my feet, did have
to tighten the laces a couple times, but overall performance was great for the price. No blisters either. They are rather "fragrant" with a cheap chemical smell but slogging through a bunch of mud will take care of that right quick. They drained well and only had a couple small rocks get trapped in them once. Very happy with them!

While paddling up Rock Creek in Kankakee co IL encountered several shallow areas. These shoes provided amazing traction and protection while portaging. However, on their first use the thin layer of material covering the insole started to peel off at the toe. Felt like a sock bunching under my toes.

To prepare for a trip to AZ and UT, I spend a great deal of time researching inexpensive water shoes for myself and 3 other family members. I was looking for water shoes that were rubber soled (for maximum grip), sturdy, fast drying, meant to be submerged in water for a longer period of time, comfort
able and for wide feet. These shoes have all of that! These have been worn for about 8/9 hours on 3 seperate occasions by my husband and children. Slide Rock State Park in Sedona- worked amazing, no one slipped on the rocks. Kayaking Lake Powell in Sedona- again, held up great. Zion National Park in Utah- great hiking shoes and BEST type of water shoes for the Narrows! No one lost their footing and the shoes stayed on. All and all very comfortable. My husband had flattish feet and he didn't complain that his feet hurt. NOTE- I returned them for me because I have wide feet and they were not wide enough for me.

Loved these, but course mesh caused blister

These are great, comfortable water shoes. We wore them all day, every day, on a five day canoe trip. They were in water most of the time and held up great. We love that the sole is thick so we didn't need to worry much about rocks and sticks poking the bottom of our feet . The only issue I had is tha
t the mesh on top wore a blister / raw spot on the top of one of my toes on day 2. That may have been because of how I was sitting (feet curled under me). They don't fully dry overnight. They may dry out faster if you remove the liner. I would definitely recommend.

Nice water shoe. Could use a fine mesh under the coarse mesh to keep sand out better. Buy you normal shoe size! These DO NOT run big. Had to buy a bigger/normal size due to some here saying they run big, they do not. Love the soles, not so flimsy you feel every pebble, great traction.

These are so comfortable, that I ordered this 2nd pair for my Mom.

Good shoes after “air out”

These beach shoes were better than expected. The price, size, construction, and quality was above my expectations. My only drawback was having to “air out” the shoes for several days OUTDOORS to reduce the smell of the rubber soles before wearing.
