Description

The Baltic Birch Snowboard Wall Rack is a storage solution that looks as cool as your boards do. But don’t let the good looks of this rack fool you. The Snowboard Wall Rack is as strong as it is attractive. It has been tested to support up to 120lbs. The Baltic Birch Snowboard Wall Rack also comes with two accessories hooks at the bottom to hold helmets, gloves, or whatever gear you need. The Snowboard Wall Rack works great for holding snowboards with or without bindings. In fact, you can feel free to mix and match any type of board you like. Additionally, this rack is also great for other boards you may have too. Turn it into a ski wall rack. It’s awesome for holding fat powder skis, shortboard skateboards, and longboards. Combine all the boards you have on this versatile rack. This snowboard wall rack has a really cool feature – its unique wall mounting system. Each rack arm is actually “hooked” into a cross support bar and allows it to independently move around. What this means for you is that mounting the rack is super easy and forgiving. For instance, say you mounted a snowboard rack permanently on the wall, then went to put your boards in place but then found that you mounted the arms too close together. With a normal rack, you would have to undo all the work you did and live with the old holes in your wall. With the Baltic Birch Snowboard Wall Rack’s mounting system, you can simply slide the arms apart to your desired distance and voila! 46″ top to bottom, 9″ arms

  • The snowboard rack is nice and works really well! I think it's a bit overpriced at $90 though.
It was pretty easy to install, I wish it was a bit longer so each screw can attach in a wall stud. I used a 65lb drywall screw to attach the middle screw. The rack overall is nice, I wish for $90 they would've stained the wood or something. Overall I would recommend for a 5 board rack compared to some of the other brands I've looked at. ... show more

  • Modified for tripod storage. Could be cheaper.
I modified this to organize my photography tripods and it works great. I sawed off about 4 inches from the arms as you can see in the picture. It is extremely bare-bones for the price and I think it is overpriced for what it is. It is something I could make myself, but I don't have a lot of free time and for 80 bucks I save a trip to the hardware store and an afternoon of labor so I guess it's a wash. Would agree with others that since it is made for skis / snowboards it should come poly-sealed. Baltic birch will warp if it gets too wet. For my needs this wasn't a problem. It is simple to install does come sanded and smooth, but I would certainly consider it "unfinished." Could be cheaper but it works perfectly so whatever. ... show more

  • but I have to admit they are excellent quality and look great mounted with a nice simple
I was somewhat reluctant to spend this much $$$ for simple wall racks, but I have to admit they are excellent quality and look great mounted with a nice simple, elegant design. I recommend using a stud finder to locate the studs in the wall so they line up with the 3 holes on the wall bracket. I ordered a total of 2 racks; 2 for skateboards and longboards and a third for snowboards. Having them mounted on a wall really cleans up the room and still gives easy access to grabbing the boards. The accessory hooks are nice as well. My only disappointment was there was no free t-shirt and only 1 koozie, but no big deal. ... show more

  • Good, but put a bit more effort into this.
Tried to find something similar in Canada but I couldnt and ended up buying this. I paid $80USD + $40USD Shipping +$20USD for some kind of COD. In total I paid about $190CAD to get this to my house. I didn't like that this wasn't finished. It didn't look like it was sanded. From the pictures it looked like it showed that the rack was at least lacquered and you think it would be because any moisture on the rack wouldn't be good at all. But the unit is bare wood. The picture also showed a logo burnt into the rack. Mine didn't have this. Not a big deal but you think if you were charging this much you'd expect some kind of pride in manufacturing with a logo or "made in the USA" stamped on it. What I did like was the look & ease of setting this thing up. Very simple design and it would be very to replicate with a router if you wanted more. Overall if I see this in the store I'd probably pay around $70 for it not the $180 that it cost me in the end. I expected a bit more from this product. ... show more

  • So So Nice!
Really great looking, well made product. Super easy to install and just feels durable. It’s kind of a plain not stained or painted wood. I kind of like it that way but it would be so easy to stain or paint it too. No question I would totally recommend this for hanging skis, snow boards, fly rods, etc..., Wish I’d found it years ago. ... show more

  • Easy to install and sturdy!
This was easy to install, I did it by myself. The main bracket has 3 holes to secure the shelving to the wall. They are 16" apart so I hit every stud. It is very sturdy and holds both skis and snowboards. We love the look in our catch all room. Highly recommend; we will be ordering more products!

  • Excellent storage option!
Just got this last night and hung it in our garage in less than 30 minutes!!!! We struggled to find a storage system that would accomodate the new shape of skis, and this one is PERFECT!!!! As an added bonus, our wakeboards hang up off the floor for the winter very nicely!!! This is a well made product, very thought out and very useful for year long ski/board storage. We are a family of four skiers with all the gear to go with it, and this rack easily holds the skis and poles with room to spare..... We had to make one small adjustment because where we wanted to mount it and only had one stud, but a little ingenuity goes a long way!!! Thank you for such a wonderful product and easy buying experience!!!! ... show more

  • Good quality, However came unfinished
Because I had planned to stain it to match the wood in my apartment, the fact that it came unfinished worked out well for me. However, if you are planning to hang this out of the box, I would suggest putting at least a coat of sealant on it.
