Description

Snowboarding Long Leash - Black Color - Fully adjustable for length and girth This accessory is crafted to tether your boot to your snowboard adding safety precaution. The included lace loop makes it easy to clip on the bindings, while the integrated quick release buckle and the nylon webbing at the other end ensures you stay connected to your board at all times. NOTE: Only one (1) Long Leash is included. Boots, bindings and snowboard are not included. ATTENTION! Numerous resorts will not allow you to use their chair lifts unless you have a snowboard leash attaching your snowboard to your leg. The main reason is that a 6-10 pound snowboard hurling down the hill at 30+ miles an hour can cause serious damage. Historically this has been a problem as many snowboards have escaped from the rider downhill causing serious injuries. The properly attached safety leash is preventing your snowboard from racing down the mountain without you on it! Without it, you can easily lose your board in deep snow or it could race off the edge of a cliff. Worse than this, you could also end up seriously injuring someone.

  • Good snowboard leash
One word of caution….make sure when you unclip the calf strap, you immediately reclip it. If you don’t, you risk losing it. My suggestion to the manufacturers, stitch the upper strap to the long strap.

  • Leg strap is not attached to binding strap
I like that it is adjustable, and its more flexible than my Dakine version. It is also easier to unclip for my 6 year old who uses it. The biggest flaw is that the part that clips around the leg is separate and just slides through the strap that connects to the binding. Its a pain in the butt when she tries to do it on her own as she accidently pulls the leg strap out. We love this longer full leg leash style compared to a boot clip leash because I can hook it to the other binding when walking to and from the car and its now a carry strap. ... show more

  • It snap on a tug
when I got off my board, I pulled the leash to bring my board to me and it snap and broke. I was really glad that I was on a flat area when it broke or else my board will be flying off.

  • Weak
The string broke right when we put it on to use it. It won't keep your board with you by any means.
