Upgraded from stock, had installed by a reputable mechanic's shop that I have been going to for 28 years. Went to take a walk and saw a bolt in my driveway. Looked under my truck only to find the lower bot on the passenger side had broken. Returned for refund.

The instructions are contradicting in themselves as the washer is depicted on top of the lower control arm in a diagram and is under the control arm in a photo.. either way the "knuckle" seems to rotate slightly after some use even when torqued a couple pounds higher to try to remedy it.. they definately seem to tighten up things in the front end though so there is definitely something to the concept... I emailed the manufacturer who was responsive in the beginning however they stopped responding with no real resolution..

It took away the rattling and jittering when going down a dirt road or over bumps. Tme will tell, seems well built,customer service is 100%. Gave 4 stars due to the price being so high.
